Μy name is Avraam HADJITJIOVANNIS (Abraham HadjiGiovannis). I am a Business Engineer Consultant, a Mechanical Engineer (A.U.B.), and a Management Advisor, and a qualified Mediator. My consulting experience spans for over three decades in Cyprus, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia. Throughout my career, I served as a Consultant, Advisor, Director, CEO, Head of Operating Committees, preventing conflicts through facilitation-mediation across a variety of sectors.
Very knowledgeable and skillful in Business restructuring and re-engineering, Management change, Business valuations, Funding solutions, Mergers & acquisitions (M&A), Crisis management.
I have a proven track record across many industries among others construction and building materials, cement factories, electricity power-plants, energy efficiency, electric cars / electricity mobility, oil trading, automotive distribution, executive aircraft ground handling, hotel services and food distribution.
A skilled professional on the design and management of complex businesses, I combine science and technology with economics and marketing to create the circumstances for top performance. My ability to monitor and accurately measure the steps towards predictable results have singled me out in numerous occasions.
In addition to my active business role as a Business Engineer, I have been conducting executive training on Designing Performance Enhancement, Developing New Processes and Change Management.
Since 2009 I lecture in Nicosia and abroad. My professional focus has been in E.P.C.M. (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) networking mainly in Cyprus, Romania, Russia, Hong Kong, India, Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and England.
I am an Accredited Mediator, registered with the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Justice and Public Order, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Cyprus and the Cyprus Central Bank. I am assisting individuals and corporations for a quick resolution and out of court settlement of disputes: non-performing loans, business contracts, employment and other labor issues, real estate, construction defects cases and many others.
